Hikari Tori is a coined word of Hikari + Origami, as the name suggests, a new sense of enjoying using light. In Scandinavian countries, there is a transparent paper that has been popular as a thing to enjoy on windows during the long and winter and sunlight in the sun. A beautiful geometric pattern emerges by folding some parts with a translucent thin paper, stacking it, and applying it to light such as natural light. It was made with the cooperation of Kayohiro Nakamura, a shiougami researcher, because it could not be done with a fluffy paper with a texture similar to Japanese paper made in Japan.
The feature is that it is thin and soft, and has a gentle color and atmosphere.
Every Japanese is familiar, but many people say, "I've never seen this way of playing!"
You can put it on a window, hang it with a string, use natural light and indoor lighting to enjoy various ways. I think there is a way of playing that we can not imagine. It is a paper with such a possibility.
