米国政府は、2025年7月30日、「すべての国に対する免税措置（デミニミス）待遇の停止」と題する米国宛て郵便物に対する大統領令を発表しました。本大統領令では、消費目的のために輸入される物品を内容とする郵便物（課税対象郵便物）は、本年8月29日以降、免税措置を停止し、関税が課されることとなりました。米国通関・国境警備局（以下「CBP」）は、本年8月15日、CBPへの関税保証金の納付、通関申告書の作成等を運送事業者等が負うことを内容とする「デミニミス撤廃に関する新たなガイドライン」を発表しましたが、運送事業者、これに対応する各国郵便事業体等が実施すべき手続きが不明確であり、運用が極めて困難な状況にあります。そこで今回、アメリカへの配送を一時中止をさせていただきます。ご迷惑をおかけいたします。何卒ご理解のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。 Shipping of products from this shop to the United States has been suspended.
